1st Aid Course
Since we will often find ourselves a fair distance from reliable (or
indeed unreliable!) medical help, we thought it pertinent to do a first
aid course.
We went down to Adventure First Aid in Devon to learn how to give
the kiss of life and apply umpteen bandages to various apendages! It
was a great course with a shed-load of information, and we had a
fantastic time.
